Native Houstonian and esteemed real estate agent, Kendal Kiecke lends an insider’s knowledge as she provides a comprehensive understanding of inner-loop neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Serving all over greater Houston, Kendal has cultivated a reputation for excellence across the city. Her commitment is clear, as her clients consistently depict her as passionate, caring, and a skilled negotiator. She treats her clients like family—and it shows. She believes in full transparency and is always honest with her clients, helping them focus on the big picture.
Kendal is a Texan through-and-through. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s in political science and a double minor in business and energy technology and management, remaining an active member of the TCU Alumni Association ever since. Upon graduating, Kendal began working as a tax consultant, where she gained a solid foundation of business skills and client connections. Many of the core values she learned on the job still benefit her today in her real estate career.
With her analytical and detail-oriented mind, it makes sense why Kendal would find her passion in real estate. For Kendal, real estate is a family affair. Kendal was immersed into the world at a young age and has always admired learning about the real estate industry as she watched her mother utilize her impressive work ethic over the years. Considering she was raised in the environment; it is no surprise she is so savvy to the ins and outs of the business.
Kendal recently joined a team alongside her mother and sister and loves the family aspect they bring to the world of real estate—each member brings their own unique characteristics and expertise to the table, and they’re always there to nurture and guide each other. In addition, working with family brings an extra level of trust and support to every aspect of the business.
Kendal’s favorite parts of her job include meeting new people, discovering unique places in Houston, and helping her clients find their dream property with the least amount of stress possible. For her, there is no better feeling than seeing the satisfaction on her clients’ faces when they find their perfect home.
Golfing at the Royal Oaks Country Club is one of Kendal’s favorite ways to unwind, as is traveling and exploring new places around the world. Kendal also keeps busy with her many philanthropic efforts. Volunteering at multiple programs such as the University of Houston Bauer School of Business Endowment Program, Covenant House, Hope for Haiti's Children, and Citizens for Animal Protection—Kendal understands the value of giving back. She is also Chairperson of the Cameron Kiecke Memorial Foundation.
