Who knew a home buying experience would be so easy?? .. if you have Jenny Becker as your realtor that is! We were first-time home buyers and went into it not knowing anything except that we wanted to be in the Katy / Fulshear area. Jenny’s extensive knowledge of the market and subdivisions made the hunting process so easy! After day 1 she knew what we’d end up doing (new construction in Fulbrook) but patiently, and without bias, guided us through the decision, gave us (and explained to us) all the details we needed to come to the conclusion ourselves. Her expertise in negotiating with the builders, making sure we received every incentive available, and staying on top of them through the entire build was above and beyond! We really couldn’t have done it without her and LOVE our new home! If and when we ever choose to leave it we will definitely be using Jenny again!
