The Houston real estate market set new records in 2018! Which is a HUGE fete considering we started the year on the heels of Hurricane Harvey devastation across the region. 2018 experienced a positive gain in total property sales, total dollar volume, average sales price and median sales price. We also saw a record increase of more than 12% in the luxury market!
